In case you were wondering how screwed we all are:
The fossil fuel industry has successfully completed their infiltration and takeover of the COP climate conference. The president of COP 28 is going to be an Oil CEO.
Exclusive: UN conference president Sultan Al Jaber is also head of oil firm, which was consulted on how to respond to a media inquiry
Billions of people are going to die but the rich donât care so long as they can maintain the status quo and continue lining their pockets.
And Iâm supposed to feel bad that a couple of them got themselves squished on a voluntary trip to the bottom of the ocean???
Number one reason I love this hellsite
The destiel meme has transcended just being a meme and is simply a way of delievering news. I just saw three major current events trending and all of them had destiel as the first image
I love it here
Instead of saying âflying to close to the sunâ we should start saying âswimming to close to the titanicâ

Ok I get the benefits of method acting but did Markiplier really have to send those guys down there for his movie
One of my favorite random quirks about Titanic is that arguably the most famous deep-sea explorers associated with it had some sort of "side gig" relationship to it. James Cameron, who is a deep sea explorer first and filmmaker second, admitted that he made Titanic (1997) so he could fund his Titanic obsession; filmmaking is his side gig. Robert Ballard, who discovered the wreck in 1985, also made the much more important discovery of fucking hydrothermal vents!!! (Imagine discovering Titanic and that's not even your most important accomplishment!) And for OceanGate CEO Stockton Rush, submersibles were a side gig to his background in aviation and being an idiot. For being without question the most famous shipwreck of all time, Titanic sure tows the line between over- and underestimation
rip Eva Stratt, you would have hated oceangate
