And so far, I hate it. I absolutely hate it.

Sure, it keeps me awake all day (so far), but I still feel tired. Not sleepy, but tired. I want to nap, but I'm awake and the Nuvigil doesn't want me to take a nap, so I just end up sitting and staring at nothing. It also suppresses my appetite so badly that when I do eat, I get sick. It gives me nearly debilitating headaches, compeltely different & worse than the ones that I already experience from my Chiari & Occipital Neuralgia combined. And I think, just like Modafinil, it's interfering with the Diamox which I take for CSF pressure.

I started my new meds today and it’s definitely helping but in a weird way where I’m still super tired but I’m not as sleepy at all and I’m awake but still want to take a nap but no way could I fall asleep because I am for sure awake and I can’t figure out what’s happening but I guess it’s an improvement?  I’m very tired but I’m very awake and that’s better than when I was very tired and very asleep. Also a little hyper but in a way where I’m still too tired to like. Do Stuff. I can do some stuff but not all or most or even a sizable chunk of stuff.
