Ingredients: 1 can 15 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1/4 cup fresh cilantro leaves, packed. 2 tablespoons tahini. 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice. 2 tablespoons olive oil. 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin. Salt and pepper to taste. Water as needed for consistency.
Instructions: In a food processor, combine chickpeas, minced garlic, cilantro leaves, tahini, fresh lime juice, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and pepper. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If it's too thick, add water a tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency. Taste and adjust the seasoning with more salt, pepper, or lime juice if needed. Transfer the Lime Cilantro Hummus to a serving bowl.
