I ended up putting my Nurtured Sweater away a couple of weeks ago after running into some trouble with the short rows that shape the neckline. Yesterday I decided to pull it back out and tink back what was wrong. Today I’m redoing the few rows I messed up and hopefully further than that. In the meantime my sweet fur baby, Maggie, is keeping me company while I knit and watch a Bigfoot documentary on Amazon Prime.

I finished my Nurtured sweater finally late last night. I immediately went to wash and block it. I did try it on prior to blocking it, but was iffy on the fit. I’m hoping once it dries I will feel differently. It was a very fun knit despite the trouble I had with the short rows. I learned a lot with this project and I’m pretty happy I picked this pattern to be my first sweater.
