is there any likeness from any artist/group member/etc. or someone you feel readers can go oh yeah that person has the likeness of noah for sure? or do you just completely create an original character without any outside source attaching to your beautiful brain’s process when you write?!

A few people have asked me this and I've always been unsure. Noah was vague even in my own mind for a long time, and now that I can picture him it's hard to say that he looks definitively like any one person.
But if I was going to make a stab at it, I'd say he's a sort of cross-pollination of young Ville Valo (think year 2000 era) and Baby Lasagna. He's a little scruffy sometimes and has a punk-y flavour, but he's also just straight up ✨ pretty✨

as much as i want them to be content and happy in life, especially together… i cant help but wonder if there is going to be angst—will it be like they go through things together like gee and frank, or will it be angst that sorta isolates the two of them (like that moment where frank “ran away”) 🥺

At this point, I'm confident there will be angst but how intense I can't say for sure... These characters really tell the story themselves and I'm just along for the ride.
But my feeling right now is that the angst is going to mostly be about Noah facing what happened to him and learning to heal. Perhaps that will include moments where things get tense for him and Mikey, but I think Mikey is not easily hurt or spooked, and Noah is going to get so much love and support 💜
