During the bidding process they limited themselves to said Mad Dog, a Jenner IIC, a Nova Cat, a Shadow Cat and a point of Elementals. Kerensky willing they shall be victorious!

This is a particular feline operator from Arknights, who's like a panther of some sort.

And this is Clan Nova Cat, named for the Nova Cats of their deep periphery homeworld.

Now, the panther in the background shows some passing resemblance to the Nova Cat, what with the spiky necklace, but I wouldn't quite call this a coincidence, let alone a direct reference.
