Have you ever thought about doing an obstacle race ? You know like tough mudder or something like that ? Many people do the race for Life one, pretty muddy, which is always attached to a great cause but many people also like to do that event as it's a less threatening event to get involved in Well on 22nd July we are taking part in dirty hero, another obstacle course but with a bit of a difference. Will there will be mud? Yes Will it be difficult? Probably Will it be worth it ? Absolutely Unlike some other courses out there you can make it as easy or hard as you like. We tackle the course as a team and whether we run, walk or jog we do it as a team You have options to miss certain parts of you want and you aren't competing against anyone. It's just a fun, team event to say you've tried and completed something amazing.
