I'm in two minds about how Quark would react to Nog and Alexander being in a relationship.
On one hand there is amazing drama and angst potential if he lets strict Ferengi ideas about gender and sexuality get in the way of him supporting his nephew. He has deep seated insecurities about not being Ferengi enough (not being manly enough?) and projects those onto Nog. Nog may have symbolically rejected their culture by joining Starfleet but dating a man may be the final nail in the coffin, a point of no return that Quark desperately wants to pull him back from. Not to mention he fundamentally doesn't like Worf and can't stand the idea of forever being tied to him.
On the other hand it's really funny to imagine Worf hiding around the station whilst Quark chases him down with a marriage contract.

It’s funny how quickly shipping characters escalates from ‘I can see how their dynamic would work in a relationship’ to ‘I need to see them doing it raw’
Worf: I do not see why you insist on dating Nog. He is a Ferengi, they are dishonourable, treacherous cowards!
Alexander: Nog isn't like that at all! He's an officer, a war hero, he's sacrificed more for the Alpha Quadrant than either of us have.
Worf: Regardless I still think you can do better.
Alexander: My options are Nog, a layabout writer, and the bastard daughter of a genocidal dictator!
Worf: ...he will do.

Headcannon that whilst Worf doesn't approve of Alexander and Nog being together, he doesn't want to further damage their relationship so he just stands around and watches them like this:
Thinking about how Ferengi hiss and Klingons growl in relation to nogzhenko.
Like imagine someone giving Nog a hard time and he hisses but they laugh him off, only to hear a guttural growl that makes them think a tiger’s snuck up on them.
