The moment you want something so badly, is the moment you are suffering. It is that something that triggers that spark inside of you. You have to have that item in possession. You have to see that boy again. The greedy beast inside of you comes to life, and pushes you towards achieving whatever it is. That moment of desire, is where it all begins. That burning pain is suffering. We are slaves to that greedy beast that commands us everyday and we have no idea. Why does that beast exist in all of us? Because we want to be happy. We believe happiness means satisfying that beast. Stop for a moment and ask yourself this: after all that you have done so far in life fulfilling what you believe brings happiness, are you finally, once and for all, completely fulfilled and happy? or is there a void...? Perhaps something else will make you whole? Perhaps you could be happier? And so goes the never ending chain. -V
