Bodhi's mother were a professional cop that protects and saves kids from kidnappers and such

But she never got the gratitude she deserved because she had a horrible skin condition (her skin had horrible burn marks she got from one of those missions that left her skin having a bad condition that caused her to be super sensitive to any heat and water)

She pushed her pain aside all the time to be there for the ones in need, but people in her city see her as a parasite because of her skin

It caused her to have a horrible mentality where she left the city after needing to retire early, thinking all her work were never enough

She then married Bodhi's dad and had Bodhi (after her first miscarriage with Bodhi's unknown older sibling)

Bodhi learned about his mother's past at the age of 11, he was so mad and disappointed at those people who dismissed his mother's work just because of her skin

His mother were not so the best mother due to her disability(paranoia, idk if it called a disability or a condition-), she had her flaws but overall she never hurts bodhi or anything, she was always his biggest supporter

Till when bodhi were grown, her mentality went worse after a note she got from her past friend and she took her life

Even since then, Bodhi's still mad at the world for viewing his mother like a parasite and dismissing her work over some burn marks

He once even went to a carnival like thing happening in the city that his mother lived that were about "child protection"

Basically a carnival to show awareness of child safety

Bodhi went there and ended up calling out many people that dismissed his mother's work back in the past, it was some whole chaos, many people got exposed and got their true colours about child safety came out there

Bodhi end up needed to be dragged out of there after almost getting physical with that one past friend of his mother (the one who also sent the note that caused his mother's suicide)

He still believes that his mother didn't died by suicide, he just says that they killed her

Ever since after that day and when Bodhi got back from there, there were some calls chance and Bodhi had to take (some of those people try to sue bodhi), but that never actually happened because some of the people there accidentally got their selves exposed (Bodhi's mother were not the only one that were dismissed regardless of her work and like 5 of them got in jail because of that)
