There’s a situation in the AU I can share with you, since it doesn't give away any major spoilers or plot points. Though, I’m not entirely sure yet if this scene will actually happen…

I was chatting with a buddy yesterday about the Darkside AU, and we came up with a scenario where Nightmare King Grimm wants to get Hornet’s attention and distract her from what she’s doing. Hornet is sitting at a table, reading, working on her tools, or something similar, visibly occupied, but nkg is dead set on getting her attention right then and there.

He walks over to the table and tries to drop casually onto it, leaning his upper body on his arm in a relaxed pose. (You know, that cool, laid-back vibe guys sometimes pull off with a line like, "So, come here often?" You know what I mean? I don't know how else to describe it >.<) But the momentum of his drop causes the table to collapse under him. Now he’s lying on the floor amidst the wreckage of the table, yet he somehow manages to maintain that pose.

My buddy suggested that nkg might even strike an even more cheeky pose to play off the awkwardness of the situation. All while tossing a cheeky, flirty remark Hornet's way.

Hornet is naturally a bit frustrated by the whole thing, maybe she was almost finished with her work and now has to start all over again.
