They retreat into their tunnel and use part of their body to block the entrance. Repeatedly, they emerge, adorned in colorful fabrics, dotted with buttons and pins, and jingling from hanging bells or rosaries or shards of metal.

With each outfit, they mention details about what the fabrics are made of or how they were dyed, who gave them the piece or where they found it, how durable the materials are or what decorations they like to pair with the fabrics.

Their sense of fashion seems inconsistent, as they show off not only fancy getups like those depicted above but also rags and decorations of common materials. They do not check if you are impressed or surprised by what they show off.

"Cotton, I was told," they add as they tug at the drawstrings. "It's a fluffy plant. If it grew here, perhaps the pilgrims would harvest it and make better clothes. I could pick those off their corpses instead!"

"Okay, I'm done now. Go away before I unroll from this rug."

They don't seem in a hurry to get out of the rug, so you don't need to rush.
