Good Thursday morning, team. HOW GREAT IS THIS APP THOUGH?! Speedy (for me) 8.4km featuring one heck of a hill that I totally underestimated 😅 Feeling alive and grateful today 🙏🏻

It’s been awhile since I’ve gone for a run or even stuck to a workout routine 🙈, sooo I’ve added the Nike+ Run Club app to hold myself accountable and gradually work my way up to the distance I’d like to run.

Day 4 - Great Day! I felt kind of sick last night and slept in a bit. But my boyfriend and I went for a morning walk. It helps to have a buddy to talk to and keep your mind off of the exercise. I spent the rest of the day chilling with him. I was 271 calories UNDER! My first day UNDER CALORIES! Yay me 😊💕
