The way they don’t appreciate you

The way they complain

The way nothing is ever good enough for them

You try your hardest to buy or do the the things they asked.

But you always do it the wrong way

Or didn’t read their mind and pick up something they forgot to tell me

The way your presents just upsets them

The way they storm in and cause a tornado

No matter what you do, your always in their way.

It’s hard when this person is someone you can’t just leave,

it’s hard when this person used to be your close person,

it’s hard when they want nothing to do with you

It’s hard when you try to tell them something and they totally ignore you

It’s hard because we live in the same place

It’s hard because this person, I call my mother.
