I’d rather heal, but since I can’t I’m basically taking meds that make me numb. It feels like I’m on autopilot a lot of the time. I want to call it cat mode because it’s mundane space even if it’s necessary. I hate feeling muted. Burnt some bridges and what im not feeling now I’ll feel when my meds change and wondering the things you wonder when you’re burying your trauma. I'm still finding joy though, like with it all on mute what I appreciate is being able to have insular space where I am not experiencing some kind of emergency. Love my house, it’s quiet and easy to keep nice. Living alone with Izzy is mostly pleasant and feels like an improvement from dealing with others. Thrift haul improved my mood quite a bit, first shopping out since covid. Probably going to find some good hiking trails to take Izzy out on leash, she’s on the feral side like Sid.
