Summary:
Lucifer comes back changed from his ordeal in the weapon.
Alastor can't stand it. If the King of Hell can't stand on his own two feet, how is Alastor supposed to tear him down?

A/N: So I was initially thinking I'd take a break from Hazbin because the show accidentally triggered my trauma from my dad's very violent death in the ER some four months ago.
But then I thought... naaaaah. Let's put that trauma to better use. ^^;;;
Iām not gonna lie yāall, Iām fucking spiraling.
For reasons that are absolutely not Hazbin Hotelās fault at all, I have been continuously personally and emotionally triggered from this whole rollout.
My dad died from cancer four months ago. I had a very bad relationship with him. He actually had Narcissistic Personality Disorder. And I was not able to resolve my issues with him before he died.
Let me tell you āMore Than Anythingā wrecked me.
Anyway, so hereās me finding comfort that Lucifer, the actual manifestation of pride, narcissism, etc could still say he loved his child. And heās still around so itās fine. Right?
Cue episodes 5 and 6 dropping while Iām literally in the city my dad died in visiting his widow for stupid legal bullshit because he didnāt leave a will. So now Iām just. Trying to stay calm? Trying to tell myself Iām being stupid? Itās just a show. Itās not healthy to be so wrapped up in it even if it is my comfort show.
But triggers arenāt fucking rational.
So now Iām here trying not to be sick with worry if my comfort devil daddy is going to be okay in the morning. Or if heās going to die like my dad did four months ago.
And before anyone asks, I do have a therapist.
So yup. Just going to try to distract myself. Go to bed early. Watch the episodes in the morning. And then we will see if Iām an emotional wreck or not. Wish me luck.
Oh thank fuck thatās fucking over. Let me off this fucking roller coaster.
Maybe I wonāt do this to myself next season and will just wait until the whole thingās out before watching.

And my heart fucking broke at the part where he says he dissociates and disappears.
I just realized that Vox is basically one of those telephone scammers that calls up elderly people and uses deep fakes to scam them out of ransom money for their (perfectly fine) kids.
