Being kink positive makes it really hard to be a hater of media rip. I used to love watching “the WORST book I’ve read this year” booktube videos but now its like I hear them ask, “Who is this werewolf smut even for?” Omegaverse fans, next question. “Why would you write this?” Because they find it sexy, can we stop focusing on the ewie yucky kink part and focus on the fact that the author used the word knot five times in a single scene? I am not sure what would possess someone to share how they tortured bugs as a child on one of my posts, but just a reminder that negative comments about bugs on any of my posts will get you blocked. Sometimes you'll get a warning if it's a minor thing but don't count on it.

can we talk about fandom etiquette real quick because why are we posting gifs that aren't ours without crediting or talking about theories and posts we saw by someone else without linking it or making fics based off someone's ideas without shouting them out like i know we joke about the fandom hivemind and yes in some ways there's a collective ownership over characters but it's actually just the polite respectful kind thing to do when you are in a larger community to give credit to people who inspire you.
