πππππ they made the clown pansexual. My god this show is in the pits of hell ππππππ. But as I am a hater first, Iβm loving the breakdown from some Kev fans, their tears are sustaining me π. Theyβre actually complaining about coherent storylines π because Robert having a prison husband storyline was so coherent.
As Robron fans we were all made to feel like crap because we actually wanted a decent storyline for Robert, told off for not liking that clown. We had to be positive at all times and accept what was given.
A badly written character is getting more terrible storylines, shock horror. Trying having to see one of best characters of show being an afterthought.
Rant over for today, may the heart problems which he would have miraculously been cured of, return and kill him off for good amen ππΎ
I will never take an abuse storyline in this damn show seriously as well. Robert was abused by that rat and it was just brushed off because Robert must never be the victim, he must always be villainise.
Where as Charity (who i love) can do dubious things all the time but theyβre able to showcase depth for her. They can give her storylines where it is show explicitly that she is the victim. Cain has done awful things in his time but he is forgiven and never really pays for it.
Why bring Robert back if you donβt care about the character, itβs baffling. They love to torment us I swear and the crazy thing is people think weβre pandered to. I wish, I bloody wish!
I will never forgive this show. They had the opportunity to give one of their greatest legacy characters a fantastic storyline of a person dealing with their post prison trauma showing how they had to deal with being an ex con after having such a different life previously. They had the opportunity to do something amazing with Robron, exploring the six years, the divorce, John, Aaronβs cancer gene etc. There was so much material.
And then to add insult to injury with have to deal with this two bit clown. They literally write him as they go along, no proper characterisation. Giving him so much screen time, while banging on about budget cuts.
I canβt believe I have a little hope for Serena but know this show it will gone by next week.

Wanted more airtime for robron. Sadly with the way the show has gone, Kev was a perfect opportunity for that. Not because I want a redemption arc for him. I don't. I don't need to know that he's pansexual now and that he has his purpose: his son.πππ. Quite frankly, I want Kev and Lewis to leave my screen forever.
I wanted an acknowledgement arc. For them to redo their mistakes and showcase that Robert's trauma is not just gone.

But it's endlessly frustrating as someone not from the US whenever a Danmei gets licenced by some indie publishing company. Because the shipping prices are impossible to afford.
