You won’t know what you’re capable of unless you push yourself, especially when it’s uncomfortable.

Today I walked 31 miles with my local trail club for their annual 50k/35k. I was terrified I would fail, but I refused to give up. My muscles ached and my feet were crying out, but I kept going. It was worth it! Completed the hike in 9hr and 30min.

Do not limit yourself. You can do amazing things.
