Napper stop.

His sleep, so rare, is dreamless now. He awakes, just a little, but from nothing. There is a soft, warm weight on his shoulders, and Hisagi creaks along the floorboards, away from him. He grunts in a way that cannot be a thank you or a why did you let this happen. There's no fighting it. Just an hour or so. Hisagi won't let him sleep that long. Too much of a workaholic to let that slide. Adjust the arms as a pillow. The blanket feels like a quilt. Just an hour, and then back to it.

Me: this is because I said this morning that you're so good at putting yourself to sleep, isn't it.

Sometimes I come home in the middle of the day and need to calm the mind chatter and catch up on sleep since the night before may not have been a full 8 hours. Taking a quick 15-20 minute nap to recharge my batteries has been really helpful for me.😊 That’s where Balance and Serenity come in! I like to put 3 drops of Balance and 3 drops of Serenity in my diffuser and also put a couple drops on my reflex points to make sure my brain is relaxed.😴 Once I lay down, put my eye mask on, and close my eyes, I am KNOCKED OUT!
