3 Rounds Garage Workout
100 jump rope
50 squats
25 pushups
30 Lunges
30 sit-ups
If you donβt have a jump rope then substitute it with 50 jumping jacks.
Everyone can do this workout. If you start getting tired or canβt complete a set then take a break. Just keep moving. If you canβt do push-ups then do them on your knees, not a big deal. If you can only do 2 rounds then only do 2 rounds, not a big deal.
