Shadow & Yuri: wip info post, as of draft 1
this is the first book in the Heart Stones Chronicles series! it follows the wolf siblings Shadow and Yuri, and their unusual friend Agrafena, who were born in an age of great change in the enchanted valley they call home. the dragons who have lived alongside the packs since time immemorial have been dying out, and visions of grave danger have been plaguing the herbalists and ritesayers of the packs. as members of the three wolf packs who tend to the Sleeping Heart-- a dragon who holds the Heart Stones, whose sweet dreams project peace across the Valley using the power of the Stones-- and the last hope for their packs' future, they carry more on their shoulders than they could know at their young age.
but there are dangers lurking in the shadows that none could have predicted. old restless spirits and new ambitious threats all have their eyes set on a piece of the new world that will but forced upon the Valley. the consequences will ripple out farther than the wolves of the Valley will ever know.

Everybody wants to be a 🌺🍹Tropical🏝️🐟Baddie🥭🌺 until it's been raining, pretty much constantly, for over four weeks now. I'm genuinely surprised that there's no flooding alert yet! El Niño isn't playing this year.
so sorry to disappoint but A Taste to Die For won’t be updated today 😓 I’ll try to get an update up at some point this week but I’ll be going on vacation next week & im still preparing/packing for it so we’ll see 😬
