I have crippling anxiety and panic attacks from inevitability of dying, so if any vampire is reading this... you know... I've never liked garlic and sunlight anyway.

Panic Attack Central As Of Late...
Iāve had no less then 3 panic attacks today and have the worst fucking headache from them. UUUUGHHHH. Iām so fucking tired but know I canāt sleep yet because the last one JUST finished and I need to get my mind into aĀ āhappyā andĀ ācalmā state before I can sleep lest I have horrible nightmares or insomnia.
I had 2 yesterday too. Itās so not my weekend. *groans and dies in bed*
What I hate about my - usual - panic attacks is that I know they are going on but others can find it hard. Since I am still function on some level. I can write using technology and form mostly coherent sentences (Speaking physically is a massive no, it comes out stuttering and with pants and really shows the panic) even though Iām usually shaking like a leaf. Which can give a wrong impression to those I talk to online while in one. Since I often reach out to people online or latch onto online interaction whenever itās offered while in one because talking will help distract my mind and calm the panic attack sooner - least in my experience. But, geeze. I seem fine online, and people question. They donāt see my shaking like a leaf, panting, my heart racing so fast that Iām lightheaded and feel I am going to faint at any moment, the inability to properly communicate physically. They donāt feel the racing mind that cannot focus properly on anything other then the things causing the panic attack at the moment, feel the continual rushes of terror through my body as I keep being reminded over, and over, and over again about the cause and it building on itself.
I just hate it. I love online - I really do - but sometimes I hate how things like this can be so invisible because of it. The people that know Iām not lying and trust me when I say what is going on are amazing and I love them all <3 but the people that question ... it hurts. *sigh* Oh well.
Just had to get that off my chest. LOTS been on my mind the past few days after all - obviously.
Hereās hoping I can get to sleep BEFORE 5am today. (yeah, doubt thatās gonna happen XP So much for going to sleep early tonight!)

This is the third amber alert Iāve gone through and I have a panic attack each time. The inexplicable, intense fear I experience is too crazy for me to handle. I donāt know if Iām going to be able to sleep tonight.
My entire room is spinning, I'm just recovering from a panic attack. Though I managed to calm down in record time, which is great, the aftermath is my stomach burning and getting very dizzy. It takes a little bit but the dizziness goes away and I can move alright.
