#panic attacks suck

I was doing some thinking and I realized that every time Ive had a panic attack in school they’ve sent me to the counseling office and every time without fail the counselor has not believed me when I tell them what triggers my attack. Believe students, it’s literally your job description

*gritting teeth* I'm in therapy so I don't break stuff when people make me feel like this. I am trying to get better so I don't take my feelings out on other people to make it easier for me to feel detached from the situation.

Just had a very public panic attack that was somehow ignored by all but one person. So that's the state of my day.
