Showed some Hungarian animated movies to a friend on Friday, and I was once again reminded how the Ispán’s design in Lúdas Matyi is Dick Dastardly coded. Of course I had to draw Dick in the outfit and Lil’ as Döbrögi.

In all seriousness, we had a good time working on it. Muttley moreso than I, because he didn't take the blunt of the slapstick.
Obviously Dick Dastardly doesn't like it when Muttley's out of the hovel going into his canine sexual escapades on the "wrong side of the tracks," as it were--
But Muttley, for some reason, does. And he can't help but feel oh so relaxed following quite a night of sowing wild oats in the canine stylee, and eluding the overnight rounds of local dog catchers.
