Of course they attracted the worst of the fae guards, some of the officials were now after them, and Ana that one was chasing them with a small team of fae guard soldiers.

"...You had to blast their dumb airship...." Lawrence stated on top, before looking forward into the purple and pink woods. "...Head into that portal, we can at least stay somewhere else till they....lose interest."

"You got it boss." They were riding Andrew's summon as they fled, Ana was no summoner to underestimate- and would slip into another world.

The group fell out the sky right above what looked like a giant castle, and luckily didn't damage anything. Landing infront of this school they'd start fleeing once more till Lawrence jumped off to fight, accompanied by Lily, the group's golden retriever.

"Lawrence, Lily- don't!" A girl with brown hair and blue eyes looked over the side, and finally, the fae guard would surround them, but mostly Ana would take the lead.

"You should of left well enough alone summoners, now I'll bring your heads to Master Wren." The young woman took out her long blade. "Paluma!" and right alongside here was a beast with two heads aloft in a cloud.

How did he get here? Right... He managed to muster up enough strength to go back in time. Just a few days. Not as far as before. He had learned a lot though. The truth of the war... Even his own memories had come into question. He had planned on gathering everyone up and telling them everything. But...

But he didn't... He had been distant. He had acted off. He needed to decide what to do. In the last timeline, things spiraled out of control after what he learned. He never got the chance to tell them. And... It ended in death. He went back to tell them everything. To save them... But he hesitated. And Sirei must have noticed. When he confronted Takumi, he didn't know how to respond and then...

He was strapped to a chair. As soon as he realized he couldn't move, he started to panic. His breathing became frantic. In the dim light, he didn't even know where he was.

"What is this...?" He has a bad feeling. A feeling that this wasn't the work of an enemy at all. It wouldn't be a stretch to think Sirei would isolate him. After all, he didn't know what he knew and where he learned it from. And if it was just information from the future.... No. What was happening? This wasn't the work of his own allies, right?

He sighs. That's what he was afraid of... His breath catches in his throat. This was no good at all. Eito felt anxiety claw at him. He kept it off of his face. There was still a bomb inside of him. If Sirei decided to kill him, there was nothing he could do about that. Maybe if he struck first. But it was too risky. He wasn't registered in the revive-o-matic anymore.

As much as he hated to admit it, Takumi had been protecting him. A bitter pill to swallow, for certain. He hadn't actually seen the state Takumi was in. He had only heard about it from the others. Claiming he was ill. But prior to that, Takumi had even told HIM he wanted to have a meeting with everyone. If he included even the traitor in it... It must have been important.

Important enough for Sirei to totally destroy him for.

It hadn't been difficult to get Shouma to explain the state he had seen him in after he brought him his food. He was so terribly easy to twist around his finger. And yet... he struggled to believe it. Takumi... the only interesting human he had ever met. His nemesis.... Gone. Worse than gone, maybe. He wanted to see him with his own eyes. As if he could shake Takumi back to being his unbearable, hideous, annoying, insufferable self.

Sirei's words make him believe that isn't possible. That he was truly broken. And that... No. He doesn't want to believe it.

Play dead - Basilio

While there were plenty of well known games and silly tricks, unfortunately, the healer didn't take the game of 'playing dead' very well. Her worry kicked in far before any playful assumptions would.

Team meeting! Another one… Eva brought snacks this time, hoping they’ll lighten the mood. She even took the time to get all of their favorites. The role of a paragon was considered a virtue by God, but it felt more like a burden. It didn’t have to be. Eva decided that even though she didn’t accept the role, she’d embrace it the best way she could until Eva could return to her daughter. Instead of spending time with her little bundle of sunshine, she was stuck listening to the kerfuffle between the paragons minus their supreme commander. In between arguments, they were partaking in her snacks, which made her happy. “What about you?” Turamtammi asked. The question was directed to Eva. In all honesty, Eva wasn’t listening. Her face didn’t hide that fact either. Though they wore their helmets, Eva could feel Turamtammi rolling her eyes behind it. A team meeting meant everyone had to contribute. That was one of the many rules. “Do I need to say anything?” Eva replied. “I brought the snacks.” Turamtammi didn’t argue with her logic and continued to speak to Parmith.  A little while later, the snack plate’s design was visible, meaning they had eaten most of her delicacies. One by one, the commanders took their lead. Quenzelle had one thing left to say, “We do it all for V’ehxness. Nothing more and nothing less.” Eva cringed. Thankfully, no one could see it. Perhaps that wasn’t good at all. Perhaps, she wanted them to hear her disdain for her sister.

The only other person left was Addamaque. It was hard to speak to him sometimes. He was known as the Paragon of Hatred. Hatred did describe the type of man he was. There was one last treat left on the plate. Eva used it as a peace offering to maybe open up a conversation. “Oh, look! It’s calling for you.” She teased.

“Addamaque~ Eat meeeee!” 

The Prologue

He'd always been a loudmouth. She figured the weaker the beast, the more they bark. He did his job. It wasn't worth engaging with his little tirades. Ultimately he would always meekly follow orders.

That changed after Pakron died. Now he was a constant thorn in her side. Always mouthing off. Teasing rebellion. Poking at her defenses. She would NEVER crack. To stand against her was just as he said. Suicide. But here he was anyway, doing more than mouthing off. Not a small beast puffing himself up anymore, but a hungry one who was eying her throat.

Revenge. That was what this was about. Pride and revenge for someone who she had killed for her divine purpose. Like so many, he was a sentimental fool. The war was finally starting to shift in their favor, and it was all thanks to V'ehxness. Paragon of Hope. He couldn't see that, or maybe he could and he was happy to drag their entire species along with this suicide attempt.

"Pride? Have you been delusional enough to feel pride all this time? For what? You are a failure. Without me, the heroes of Futurum would wither and die along with the rest of the rabble. That old man who ruled before me would rather pray for a god to save him, and when I appeared, he rejected me. Are you truly as foolish as he was? To reject the true GOD before you?"

Her smile grew impossibly wider, daring him to try and strike her.
