I don’t need Dick Grayson being a great big brother content I need Dick Grayson still being Bruce Wayne’s little boy at heart in spite of him being the eldest content.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN! 🎃🕸️🐈⬛👻
Nightmare Moon
A daycare attendant oc living in my mind
A little lore about him; he's a very touchy person. I mean, if you're interacting with him, he's constantly in your personal space and/or grasping you. Only when he's in the dark can his size change by how dark the room is. So he'll shrink away into something small if there's a sudden light. He's mostly a manifestation of the regular daycare attendants' fear of the dark and past trauma. Only at first only moondrop could see him but as he slowly let's his fear consume him and sundrop, Nightmare becomes more than a bad dream. My cryptic shadow creature <3

Took the fam to the Museum of Play in Rochester NY. They have a whole set from the original Sesame Street with some original puppets and props. It evoked so many emotions. I’m not sure why.
Possibly because it symbolizes a time where the world was much smaller, insular, and safer. The show gave a sense of meaning and empowerment as well as introduced diversity, art, music, science, and emotional health. It taught literacy and math skills. It showed us what the community can look like when we cooperate and engage in meaningful connections.
Crazy we have lost this.

Headcanon:
Bruce listening to "dad" music since he was like a teenager. Sometimes for the quiet, sometimes for the loud to fill that said quiet. He'd headbang in his room while he did ANYTHING. A good coping mechanism at the time, it filled in the lack of life in the Manor. It made it more tolerable.
He'd stop after Dick appears in his life. Not because he saw him as fragile, but because he was well aware that when his own parents died, he needed a quiet place - which was his room - to sit in. The loud music, and the neck pain in his later years, were the consequences of prolonged silence. He knew Dick would find his own way of filling it later, when the silence became too much.
I imagine him in the future - all of his kids were now older, no longer actual kids. He's alone in the cave, working overtime like he's been doing since his first year as Batman.
The silence is absolute.
Sweet Child O Mine gets played in the background while he fixes his utility belt.
