The problem with "pro-para" and "radqueer" and "anti-c" as terms isn't that all paraphilias are bad-- it's the proclaimation of these things as something to be normalized and indulged in. Usually pedophilia, zoophilia, incest, and necrophilia. Even if you yourself aren't a pedophile/zoophile etc. or "pro-contact", it's the way these people want these behaviors to been accepted by society when these afflictions cause serious harm.
I'm a technophile, menophile, and objectophile. I'm into cnc and petplay and blood, but I'm not going to label myself as "pro-para" because the term implies being fine with being lumped in with "the big three". At this point, it's just become a dogwhistle similar to proship and profic. You can be pro-kink and pro-fetish without identifying as a term that glorifies the idea of sexualizing parties that can't consent.
You ARE hurting children the second you're loudly proclaiming you're a pedophile (especially on a website that isn't even 18+). You are hurting children when you're posting about how pedophiles ACTUALLY aren't dangerous. You're hurting children and animals when you make statements about how you're actually proud you're into minors or german shepards. This normalizes the experience and shows other people that it's okay to embrace these genuinely harmful urges rather than seek help.
It's not ableist as a disabled person to not want people who openly identify as pedophiles in the community, flaunting it as "disability pride". It's ableist to imply that these people don't need serious help, and to imply that these are legitimate identities and labels rather than a serious, harmful problem.
