Let me know if this is already a thing that exists, I'm just writing down my experience and I haven't really seen something like this before (More under cut for length)
Multifluid:
When ones identity frequently shifts to several unique identity sets, similar to how your gender shifts for genderfluidity- The differentiating factor being that all aspects of your identity shift, not just gender. For example: preferred name and pronouns, sexuality, romantic orientation, and often even beliefs/priorities/ideals
You could definitely also use this term if your identity frequently changes based on alterhuman kinshifts
For me at least (although I don't think this needs to be universal to use the term) it's hard to directly tell when you switch the set that you prefer, until you like directly. Think about it. It's not like "oh wow I prefer this set now" it's looking back and being like what the heck??? I identified as that??? What was I thinking??? I am most certainly not that! I know who I am!
under that same thing, you might experience having friends that know you by a completely different set because that's how you introduced yourself/ came out but that's not you anymore, or have written down identity figuring out things when I identifying with other sets, despite knowing very clearly that's not how you currently feel.
Anyway if this is a term that exists already somebody should let me know! I don't really care about being the one that coined it, I just haven't been able to find anything so I thought I'd make something if anybody felt like me
I also made a flag but I don't know how to share that because I can't put photos on my posts
But if anybody wants to know it that looks like I guess I could share that too.
Not that I think anybody's really going to see this lol
You know, I’ve seen more people learn about abrosexual and abroromantic lately, but even queer people do not seem to understand just what that can mean for an abro person, especially multigender and genderfluid abrospecs. Like, yes, sometimes I’m a lesbian, and sometimes I’m a gay man. Yes, sometimes I’m omni or pan. And, this is made worse by those who don’t know what the Split Attraction Model is or monos who don’t support it, because sometimes I feel no romantic or sexual attraction (I mostly identify as an angled aroace,) sometimes I’m panromantic and omnisexual, other times I’m panplantonic and switch to omniplatonic. And, sometimes I switch between aspec identities as well, like switching from cupioromantic to demiromantic, or from cupiosexual to apohtiosexual to orchidsexual, or demiplantonic to caedplatonic to orchidplantoic, and so on. Abro literally just means one’s orientation is fluid or changes, and people will say it’s a valid label and then turn around and call other labels abrospec people use invalid. I’m so tired of making my abro and genderfluid identity more palatable to others.
