Thank you for this in every way! I do cherish my privacy, and I’m more organized than my husband, which means I think of myself as organized even though i’m not. I am super practical now, which always shocks people because growing up I was the kind of kid who couldn’t do very basic things like open a pop can. The less is more prediction is right! As for the politeness, I don’t know what to say! I really try. But the not wanting to be a pushover element sometimes gets in the way. The last time a male stranger told me to smile, I said “I don’t owe you anything” (which made my mother who is very polite, almost fall over with shock).
