This is huge news for fans of foil cards like myself. Battlebond is looking more interesting all the time! Here’s a link to Gavin’s tweet.

Well, another Battlebond legend was revealed and of course, I stopped everything to draw it. Toothy the Imaginary Monster not only seems like a fun card, but a precious cutie beast. There will be a shirt very soon as well.

So, that “whenever a player CASTS” wording is pretty important for this, but if someone is able to cast a second Bonus Round during the same turn as the first (such as with Eye of the Storm or Mizzix’s Mastery), each player ends up getting 3 copies of each instant or sorcery they cast that turn (One for the first one, one for the original second, and one for the copy made by the first of the second).
