I mean it’s a tall order of course but it is doable. If they want to reach a billion players in a day, they not only need to provide major AAA games but they also need to provide options for where to buy the major AAA games.

So yes. XBOX cannot be a closed platform. They must produce physical media. Whether that be a disc or a cartridge or a card. Playable offline without the XBOX servers and without connecting to an account. They need to show their consumers that they care for them and their needs - be it low income or more convenience.

They cannot treat them like numbers on a spreadsheet.

They must interact and engage with us regularly on social media and they must listen to our concerns and our expectations. They must have a relationship with us where they know what we want and make it happen.

Then they will meet maybe the million players in a day mark. They have to play their cards right or they won’t even stand a chance for a thousand players a day. If this is a hard reset for them, they must treat us much better.

The reason why their decline started in the first place is because they went anti-consumer and it was a mistake just the same as it’s a mistake for Sony now to do that.

BUT they can turn it around by saying they will go the opposite way and they will be consumer-friendly again.

They cannot possibly meet their install base mark of a million players a day without treating us with respect.

It’s not going to happen. This is who they’re appealing to the most of all and we are tired of being treated like trash when we got them to where they are in the first place. So no matter how big and successful you are, you will be at the mercy of your consumers always. Treat us better and you will receive our support a thousand fold.

It is that simple. I don’t know why they don’t think so.
