Works on the highly controversial and hugely wasteful WestConnex motorway project (now $A4.2B over budget at a total of $A21B of taxpayers money and counting), creating 33km of new road tunnels and connections for an uninterrupted freeway from the south-west, under the Inner West and through the Greater West of the city. Ironically, sits on disused rail yards. Rozelle.
