If you're questioning whether you might be a UDD system, it may be helpful to look into general dissociation resources, information about plurality, DID, and OSDD, and compare experiences rather than focusing only on symptom checklists.

Just keep in mind that having similar symptoms doesn't automatically mean you have a particular diagnosis. It's okay to explore your experiences without rushing to label them. The goal is understanding yourself better, not forcing yourself into a category as quickly as possible. I do want to caution you, that finding entirely pro-endo spaces will be difficult, as sysmeds are rampant in regards to plurality. i feel like im forcing communication. like i feel like im faking it :( i know to fake something you have to like actively be thinking about faking though.. idk it feels so weird. i feel like when we talk to each other, its just my thoughts. like im just thinking. idk. we're kinda upset..

I don't know if this helps to reassure you, but something we try to keep in mind, as our host does, is if you were faking it, why would you question it in the first place? Those who deliberately fake something, normally do so for attention, a way to gain something. But here, you seem to be worried over just even the idea of possibly faking it. I promise you, it is not fake. It is not just in your head. You aren't roleplaying. What you are experiencing is very, very real. And only you are the one who is living it.
