Mostly vocal music (and a few instrumental works) from the last thousand years, focusing on the Renaissance and Baroque.
I'm a known playlist fiend. While writing my Life and Death fic over the last couple of months, I have particularly enjoyed an eclectic variety of Western vocal works (plus a few instrumental ones) from the last 900 years or so, focusing on the late Medieval, Renaissance, and Baroque. I figured I might as well share the playlist since I bothered to make it. Makes me yearn for my days teaching university music history courses (perhaps my favorite gig ever). Enjoy, friendos.
P.S. — if anyone digs this and REALLY wants to nerd out, I can share annotations on any or all of these works lmfao. Once a music professor, always a music professor.
