Was springdad conscious those 30years in the wall? Was there anything else in there, or was it a plain room for him to just loose his mind faster? Did he wake up or was playing dead during the transfer from a freddy's to fazfrights? I have so many questions :V
HIII MONSTR-! LONG ANSWER, SORRY, BARE WITH ME! STICK WITH ME HERE-- So! Time in our AU does work a little differently; the way it works out is it actually was a much shorter time period than that, the murders themselves happening within the span of a decade or so- as it stands, only about half of that is spent #Imprisoned. However, that does not mean that the deterioration was any less- a HUGE part of this AU is Remnant. In this world, THAT is what causes the inital slippery slope from Father and Respected Business Man to Maddened Murderer, along with a sickening combination of grief, jealousy, and detest. But that's a whole other discussion! So, in short, yes; this room was, more or less, "plain". It was more of a storage room to begin with! Broken and faulty cabinets, old gears and gizmos- the kinda room where you put things to forget about 'em. William spent those years in this room still grieving, still full of resentment, and still full to the brim with spite. Having only his pain and his suffering as company. Not that it wasn't deserved VNDFJBV
After this "Horrible Horrible Springlock Tragedy", Fazbear Entertainment OFFICIALLY has control and total ownership over the trademark, and begins their first steps in making it a bonafide brand! And what better way to kick things off than a haunted house attraction! Woo-hoo!
These incidents will begin undergoing the process of being made into rumors and fables. Scary spooky stories. The most cost-effective way of achieving this without drawing too much attention to the facts? You seal those facts into the kinda room where you put things to forget about 'em. And build a whole attraction AROUND THAT ROOM, BABY! NO TRANSFER NECESSARY!
As mentioned, it's ONLY about 5 or so years of solitude in this AU-! However, more or less already maddened by Remnant and experiencing a WORLD of pain pretty much daily, it's fair to assume that he indeed lost his gourd than the average springlocked murderer. Fast forward to his release, this actually involves a WHOLE team! The Fazbear Fright Recovery Team! [@charbles has actually posted one member of this team already, Richie! The Phone Dude!] The building, I imagine, was made to look decrepit intentionally- weathered walls, old smell, really selling the "aged and haunted" gimmick.
The FFRC team were tasked with finding old relics from these "murder locations" to sell the story on to the public- drawings, old spare suits, all that fun stuff!
What they DIDN'T count on finding, though. . .
Was someone who was very much still conscious and merely biding his time.
