This is the most interesting looking Redwinged Blackbird I have seen so far. It is kind of half female, half male. It is probably an immature male that is changing into summer plumage but the almost clear separation is certainly cool to look at. This is not the best footage but I hope to get more by the end of the day.

I had no idea what to do with this prompt, so I just went for “shedding skin”. I’m trying out different things again for rendering, and I actually like how it turned out! :D

I was able to catch one of my Giant Walking Sticks molting the other day! I set up my tripod and phone to record as soon as I noticed him positioning himself to molt. Isn’t he handsome? ✨
