Day 6 of Yoga Winter Warrior Challenge. This morning, I am grateful for the kindness of the instructor who let me adapt in order to be kind to myself! I was welcomed by a headache this morning and it was burning my whole right side of the face. Instead of skipping my yoga, I propped myself on a boster and lied there opening my chest. It felt great. I am reading this amazing book that reminds us or the importance of taking care of our physical and mental health. Mark Manson is questionning the fact that we all want to “change ourselves” to achieve more.
