Hey folks! Here’s the #modfied #moveoftheday! #plank. Doing a plank is a great way to strengthen your core. And that’s so important for a million reasons. . . It’s really easy to do it. Start on the floor on your hands and knees. Lower your forearms to the floor with elbows positioned under your shoulders and your hands shoulder-width apart (see 1st pic). If someone looked at you from the side, your arms would form a 90-degree angle. Step your feet back, one at a time. Maintain a straight line from heels and hold. . . To modify (2nd pic), simply lower knees to floor but maintain a straight line in the plank. Last picture is high plank - for a deeper burn. . Hold this position for as long as you can and strive for longer each day. . . Easy #move and such a burn! . . . .
