lucas: walks in, immediately starts yelling. runs out of the room and shuts the door as quickly as he can, shouting apologies the whole time. looks up at the ceiling and wonders "god, why me?" simultaneously trying to register that his two best friend and fucking and experiencing massive amounts of bi panic
dustin: stands in the doorway for a few moments in shock before making some very loud and crude comment about what he is watching. he does not have bad intentions by this he's just unsure how to react because very likely he was not aware byler was happening since he canonically has a terrible gaydar
el/jane: walks in, is initially rather confused. rather pissed that she just walked in on her brother and ex-boyfriend having sex (understandably). if noticed she apologizes and leaves immediately, if unnoticed she quietly closes the door and warns anyone she sees to not interrupt. then she finds max and they laugh about it together
max: stands in the doorway making this exact expression
starts laughing while saying she does not want to see that and leaves the door open as she goes. absolutely drags the both of them for getting caught later
whole party: all four other members of the party bust into the room, looking for will and mike. max probably clocks the situation first and starts shouting for everyone to get out, before will and mike can even react to the interruption. all four of them start absolutely cracking up as soon as the door's closed, while will also laughs hysterically and mike starts yelling at them from behind the closed door
i imagine in all of these situations, byler's reaction would be rather mortified and annoyed. mike would be more angry at whoever for walking in on them, will would be more embarrassed of the situation. they'd probably quickly finish up then go awkwardly apologize to whoever had to see that
bonus: robin walks in while talking about something, shrieks as soon as she notices what's happening, apologizes profusely and rushes out, slamming the door behind her. then she does a little dance and calls steve because he owes her twenty bucks

i don’t wanna seem mean or yucking other people’s yum but.. seeing other people describe Sam as genuinely evil to his core puts a really bad taste in my mouth.
