Writing exercises?
So i am a very hectic person when it comes to my creative process. My mind goes way to damn fast sometimes and i get sooo discouraged with my ideas. Someone pointed out a really easy and obvious solution called brain dumping. Like how was it this simple and i didn't think to try this on my own. I spend 5 minutes everyday just writing whatever is on my mind. Then I organize it by what is important or what to toss. So i recommend if anyone has similar issues to try just writing everything and anything that comes to mind for atleast 5 or 10 minutes. It is surprisingly helpful and clears out a lot of "blocks".
I'm gonna have to go read my books or watch a movie bc my mind is getting all cluttered & foggy from watching the news a lot
Clutter is something I’ve always struggled with. Things that I purchase, that are handed down to me, that I create or even things that come back from the past, like you. Surrounding me, consuming my mind and slowly taking over.
