Thinking about how Benji is with Walker - rolling his eyes, ‘was the little car your idea?’, refusing to give Walker his name in return, Benji just gloriously, wonderfully bitchy to him or just ignoring him completely…
And Ethan just standing by and letting it happen. Even glancing at Benji in the rear view mirror to watch it happen (I think he enjoyed letting Benji loose on Walker like that)
I know it’s all part of the ‘let’s fool Walker that Benji is incapable’ thing but it does give an insight into how beautifully snappy and bitchy Benji can be with someone he doesn’t like.
(And it does make me laugh that Ilsa, despite not being part of the plan, behaved exactly the same way to Walker from the moment she met him. Benji Ilsa sibling energy)

I have a lot of feelings about Benji’s relationship with each of them tbh. It’s so lonely on my island…
both benji & ilsa and benji & julia are soooo good. like in both cases the constant elephant in the room is ethan (new bechdel test is if you can have two MI characters have a conversation where ethan isnt brought up) but for different reasons. like with ilsa there's the basic comedic element of her trying to kill benji that one time and benji being actively mad about it for a while (as one does). she's also the newcomer on the 'team' now, and since benji was the previous new guy on the team and probably feels like he third-wheels luther and ethan, having a new person to bond with would be enriching for him i think. and they both want to fuck ethan so theres some triangulation stuff happening for sure
and in the case of julia, i think her and benji's friendship would be gossip central because both of them have beef with ethan separately. for julia, she basically cant complain to anyone that her husband lied about his entire life to her and works for a made-up spy organization so benji would provide an outlet for that. which means benji now has access to the finest quality gossip about his asshole superstar coworker who bullies him into committing felonies so benji would be like oh pleeeease have a seat with me in my cubicle and tell me aaaaaaall about how ethan is an emotionally distant partner and massive liar
