Silly little idea but how about the LOV with a gamer girlfriend/gn reader?
A/n: Hello peps, thanks for all the love and kindness. And I really hurt my hip walking to safeway on wednesday I have very bendable legs so if I'm walking on uneven ground and I hit it the wrong way it really hurts anyway (👁ˋ _ ˊ 👁)
Paring:league of villans (others) x s/o reader (seperate)
Summery:This has the league of villains and others, Tomura Shigaraki, dabi, Kai Chisaki, Geten, Rody Soul, Toga, Mr Compress
Tomura loved having a player two
Even if your taste in games made absolutely no sense to him.
Tomura spent hours raging at competitive games while you sat peacefully beside him playing things like Tomodachi Life completely unbothered.
“You literally just watch little people walk around,” Tomura muttered once while glancing over from his game.
“Tch. Fake ones.” he huffed out
Despite making fun of it constantly, he still watched you play all the time.
Especially when your Miis started interacting.
One evening, you were showing him the island while sitting beside him on the couch.
Tomura leaned closer slightly as you scrolled through all the characters.
Tomura pointed directly at two Miis wandering nearby.
The ones based off you and him.
“Bring those two together.”
“The Miis,” he grumbled. “Make them fall in love or whatever.”
You immediately started laughing.
Tomura looked annoyed instantly.
“You care about the Miis?!” you say
“I don’t care,” he argued. “I’m just saying it, you know.”
Meanwhile for the next hour, Tomura became weirdly invested in your tiny virtual selves.
Every time the Miis interacted he’d lean forward slightly.
And when another Mii tried talking to yours?
“Oh hell no,” Tomura muttered. “Reject him..kill him”
You laughed so hard you almost dropped the console.
Then finally, after forever, your Mii confessed to his.
The second your Mii said yes to his love confession, Tomura actually grinned.
Meanwhile he looked way too pleased over two tiny digital versions of you dating on a fake island.
Dabi surprisingly took Bayonetta Origins: Cereza and the Lost Demon very seriously.
At least… the parts where he got to control Cheshire.
You sat beside him holding your controller while guiding Cereza carefully through the forest.
Meanwhile Dabi immediately started causing problems.
“You’re literally running away.”
Cheshire sprinted off screen while your poor character struggled behind.
“You’re supposed to protect me!” you huffed out
You glared at him while trying to solve a puzzle.
The second you almost figured it out, Cheshire suddenly smacked something he absolutely wasn’t supposed to.
Slowly, you turned toward him.
Dabi was already grinning.
“You did that on purpose!” you said
Dabi only laughed harder before leaning back against the couch lazily.
Still, despite constantly sabotaging you, he was actually really good at the combat parts.
The second enemies showed up, Cheshire tore through them easily while Dabi muttered things like:
“No not that left.” he was annoying
“You’re stressing me out!” you huffed
Eventually, after nearly getting your character killed for the fifth time, you threatened to stop playing with him entirely.
“But you gotta admit we make a pretty good team.”
Unfortunately…He was right.
Himiko Toga treated your Animal Crossing island like it belonged to both of you.
The second you opened the game, she was already pressed against your side watching the screen way too closely.
“I just did.” you mumbled out
You laughed quietly while walking your character across the island.
Meanwhile Toga pointed at random things every few seconds like she was directing traffic.
“Catch that fish!” “Ooo buy that dress!” “No no no, hit her with the net.”
“…Why would I do that we like Judy?”
“I wanna see what happens!”
At some point, Toga ended up practically half laying across you while continuing to tell you exactly what to do.
“Nooo don’t sell that furniture!”
“It’s ugly though.” you say
Toga immediately gasped dramatically and grabbed your arm.
“It literally looks terrible.”
You stared at the wooden block chair on screen.
“What?” she laughed. “I like ugly things.”
The words came out way too fast.
Then slowly, her grin widened while her eyes drifted up toward you instead of the game.
A beat of silence passed.
“Oh kinda rude ” you said.
Toga giggled immediately after you said oh
“You figured it out! Your much cuter though”
You laughed while lightly pushing her forehead away.
Meanwhile Toga just buried herself closer against your shoulder still grinning like crazy.
“Keep the chair,” she mumbled. “It matches us.”
Geten did not understand your horse girl game at all.
At first, he’d only glance at the screen occasionally while you played Uma Musume beside him.
“…Why do they have horse ears.”
“That does not answer the question.”
Still, despite acting confused constantly, Geten somehow started paying attention anyway.
You’d be focused intensely on the screen while your Uma sprinted across the track and Geten would quietly watch beside you pretending he wasn’t invested.
Your girl lost right at the end.
You gasped dramatically in betrayal.
Meanwhile beside you, Geten frowned immediately.
Geten stared at the screen like it personally offended him.
“She doesn't have enough guts!” you said
“That is a poor strategy.”
But the next race was worse.
Your Uma got passed at the last second again.
This time Geten actually sat up straighter.
“No shes clearly the best out of these”
Geten narrowed his eyes at the screen with genuine irritation.
“She was clearly ahead.” he said
“That is unfair.” he huffs out
You tried not to laugh seeing how seriously he suddenly took your silly racing game.
Then, during the next race, Geten quietly leaned closer beside you while watching intensely.
The second your Uma started falling behind he frowned immediately.
“…Tell her to run faster.”
“She can’t hear me, Geten it's a game”
Then, completely serious:
“She is disappointing me let me train her next time.”
Kai Chisaki found your rhythm game deeply irritating.
At least that’s what he claimed.
Every time you opened Colorful Stage! around him, Kai would sigh quietly from across the room like you personally offended him.
“The noise is excessive.”
And yet somehow, he always stayed nearby while you played.
Usually sitting at his desk working while the songs filled the room.
One evening, you were trying to full combo a difficult song while Kai reviewed paperwork beside you.
Your fingers moved frantically across the screen.
Kai didn’t even glance up.
“You lost focus halfway through.”
You immediately looked at him.
“I have ears.” he huffed out
Rody Soul would happily watch you play literally anything.
He didn’t even care about the game half the time.
He just liked being near you.
Usually that meant pulling you directly into his lap while you played.
“This is distracting,” you complained as Rody wrapped both arms around your waist from behind.
“You’re still playing though.” Barely
Especially because every few minutes Rody would absentmindedly squeeze at your sides or love handles while watching the screen over your shoulder.
You were currently trying very hard not to die in Minecraft.
His hands squeezed your sides again.
Your character immediately walked directly off a cliff.
Rody burst out laughing behind you while you scrambled to save your stuff.
“That one wasn’t my fault!” He said
“You literally attacked me!”
“That’s WORSE!” you rolled your eyes
Still laughing, Rody buried his face against your shoulder while his hands rested comfortably against your waist again.
A few moments later, you were carefully crossing a lava pit with full concentration.
Then squeeze... ..You died in lava
You slowly turned your head toward him.
He immediately started laughing again.
“I’m sorry! Your sides are just right there!”
Meanwhile even while apologizing, his hands were still comfortably holding onto your waist like he had no plans of moving them anytime soon.
Atsuhiro genuinely did not understand your fashion games.
But every time you opened Shining Nikki, he’d stare at the screen in confusion.
“So the objective is… clothes?”
There’s lore too.” you Giggle out
Still, despite not understanding it at all, Atsuhiro always lingered nearby while you played.
Usually trying to convince you to play cards with him instead.
“Darling, surely a nice game of poker is more entertaining than digital dresses.”
Eventually he’d give up and just settle beside you dramatically on the couch instead.
One evening, you were busy putting together an outfit in-game while Atsuhiro rested beside you watching quietly.
At first he made little comments.
“Ooo, that one’s elegant.”
“Why does she own seventy pairs of shoes?”
You laughed softly while continuing to customize a new outfit.
Meanwhile Atsuhiro slowly got quieter beside you.
At some point, his head ended up resting against your shoulder.
Then eventually your lap.
You glanced down briefly.
He was half asleep already.
One arm loosely wrapped around your waist while he listened to the game music quietly in the background.
You smiled a little before going back to dressing up your character.
A few moments later, Atsuhiro mumbled sleepily without opening his eyes:
“The blue dress was prettier…”
“So you were paying attention.”
Atsuhiro only hummed tiredly against you before drifting fully asleep while the soft menu music continued playing.
