9.5/10 movie, would be 10/10 but the one flaw is that when Venom reveals his face and growls at the noisy neighbor with electric guitar riffs, the neighbor doesn’t throw up the horns and go “That’s pretty metal, dude. Nice. All right, I’ll turn it down.” And then when he opens the door to the hallway of dead bodies just be like “Brutal.”

So a few days back I was tagged in a music meme by @darii0 and rather than doing the thing that a sane, rational person would do like, oh, do the meme, when I put my music on shuffle and my first result was a Klok Opera song, I remembered Hank is both a millennial and a metal fan and probably really dug Metalocalypse when he was younger.  So somewhere he has an old Dethklok shirt he’s forgotten about that Connor will give to him to wear and like a true old-school fan of anything, he’d feel compelled to very tersely explain.

Basically the equivalent of the “I’m a kitty cat and I dance dance dance” shirt I had for a very long time, or my “Team Bellic” shirt.
