Novian is an umbrella term for anyone who is stellian (mspec gay), lunian (mspec lesbian), solian (mspec veldian or turian), marsian (mspec cenelian unofficial), or mesrian/jupiteric (mspec straight). It is coined as an alternative to "mspec mono" because some novians do not identify with the term "mono(sexual, romantic, etc.)" and do not believe it describes their gayness, lesbianism, veldianism, cenelianism, or straightness. It is similar to Stellian in the fact that it is an umbrella term for other smaller terms, however unlike stellian, it is not specifically for people who identify as gay in some way.
