Zephryne/Stag: A quiet and unhesitating monster hunter who struggles to talk with the same courage he has hunting.

Callian/Doc: A giant of a man who struggles to speak kindly through memories of pain and grief.

Shion/Ghost Puppy: An upbeat and cheerful kid who's dog-like traits hide a more spectral and deathly power.

Amaraneya 'Raney' Moriorum/Corax: A former flying ace currently working as a mech pilot to care for his adopted kids.

Horse Boy: Elturel's lady of dawn. He desperately reaches for a new life, even ehen being a man costs him.

The Garden...

A system with many facets and identities, each with a role to play.

Lilium(Host): Hasn't been active for decades, since even before meeting the ghosts. A particularly impactful event could bring him back, but who knows what sort of being he would be?

Faceless: The liar, the trickster, the hero. An idealist who craves a better world, no matter what that world costs.

Mentzelia: The defender, the lion, the avenger. A regal and brutal woman who will do anything to protect her other facets.

Nameless: The lover, the sacrifice, the shield. None of Lilium loves the party like they do, but it insists on a distance.

Asphodel: The grieving, the widow, the spectre. An entity that possesses other facets instead of fronting alone.

Pyr: The rotting, the reaper, the parasite. A man unable to be contained to one form or state, contradictory and efficient.

Rosin: The prey, the obsessor, the victim. Rosin will allow those they love to mistreat it in any way, just to see them smile.

The Groundskeeper: Something built of the memories of their spectral Knight. But it can never live up to him.

Inkwell/Librarian: A woman forced into heroism too young, turning to villainy to free herself from the light.

Nova: A knight of the stars, redeemed from the strings of villainous parents through only his own scorching will.

Anhiza: A chosen cleric, prophesied martyr, willing to exist within any story except for his own.

Rat Kings: A collection of strange little men who know too much, and who are all too willing to use that knowledge.

Maggie/Miyako: A corvid-like inventor who refuses to be held back by her weaker superpower.

Avhrena: The Herd. A fearful and desperate girl unprepared to be divine.

Mikra: The Selkie. Once a survivor and healer, now only shards of a story.

Qirik: The Selkie. Once a survivor and warrior, her last breaths threaten to freeze the known world.
