Alex, Marty, Gloria and Melman are the collective proprietors of The Zaragoza. Alex serves as the face of the business, but he and his pals also like to liven things up from time to time.
The Zaragoza serves more than just drinks and entertainment. Deals are made under the table for cash and information. Among the more unexpected customers of the latter are none other than North Wind agents, seeking information on underground movements.

Skipper: Today at 7 am, Rico poured a Monster energy drink in their coffee, said "I'm going to die" and drank the whole thing. Private: I watched Rico brew his coffee with Monster instead of water. Three cups in two hours. I think he ascended into the astral realm. Kowalski: The survivability of the human race never fails to amaze me.
