On my lunch plate:🍴 jerk chicken with black bean rice & steamed broccoli 🥦 delicious & all courtesy of @jt_qualityfood Day 4: Update - despite thinking I’d be gnawing my arm off because of smaller portion sizes & craving usual afternoon sugar fix, I am not! (although I did have a near-wobble yesterday when someone was eating two jammy dodgers in front of me BUT I stayed strong) The reality is this - because it’s the right fuel going in, it’s creating the right output & my body is getting what it needs.
