Max Recovery: ✔️ Working at a lower intensity. Muscles still burning and active recovery is amazing! Plank obliques are actually something we do during the fit test, but in this case it’s really slow! And then plié squat pulses...talk about 🔥 in the muscles!! 4 ➡️ 8 ➡️ 16, between you stretch down, and then lift one heel at a time, finally both heels. I’ll admit, I have to take some breaks during it. You might be doing INSANITY if even during the recovery workout you are dripping and shaking. Max Recovery: ✔️ Slow push-ups burn! That plié squat pulses and stretch is something else. Max recovery. It was an awesome workout I definetely felt the burn everywhere! This workout is challenging in the sense that you work out every muscle intensively and a lot.

Max recovery. It was an ok workout. I actually found it pretty hard to maintain the planks, it was harder, but well I'll get better at it, and let's say nothing about the low plank-high plank excercise I mean I can barely do 3.
