Maultine (Maul x Satine)
I don’t ship, however…
I don’t ship because I can’t really see them together, even if the whole one-loves-Obi-one-hates-him thing didn’t happen they’d still be too different.
I would ship it if they had more interactions together, or had more parallels.
And even though I don’t ship it, it would be a really interesting relationship to explore, how it would happen, and how it would affect the canon story as well.
ough collision of listening to music with having blorbo thoughts. I have been hit. by the realization that this song is kinda. thee maultine dynamics in my head. [....] better in bad company than alone. you need a man to call yours, even if that man is me". satine still holds hope that obi-wan will come to help her, but they both know he can't come. he can't save her from maul. and maul, well. he knows she despises his very essence. he can't be what she wants, doesn't want to be what she wants. this situation is less than ideal for them both. but he's already here, so why not lend himself to her. with a man to call hers she is less of a target, even if that man is someone she despises. better in bad company than alone.
