Personally I believe the legs built by the Mandalorians are made to be as humanoid as possible. We've seen in Shadow Lord, that it hurts Maul when they get smashed at. So there is SOME sensation in them.

My headcanon is the cybernetic half has a synthetic dick and dulled senses. So Ceres and Maul go about it normally.

She divorces him (kinda) and never gets involved romantically with anyone ever again.

She dies of old age don’t worry. Ceres feels Maul die in the Force and then lives another 40+ years.
